Infiltrate Altdorf and traverse its streets to reach the Library of Altdorf. Once inside, search it for the tome ‘Liber Malefic’, somewhere in the scattered book piles. Return to Raetha Blooddaughter in the Inevitable City when done. WARNING: COMPLETING THIS QUEST WILL PREVENT YOU FROM COMPLETING ‘EXHAUSTED USE’.
