Go to the Lord’s Row and locate this bothersome baron and slay him, but he is likely guarded by bodyguards so be cautious. A melee in the streets of Altdorf may not be wise in your case, but who am I to stop you from seeking your own death.

Infiltrate Altdorf and make your way to the Lord’s Row, which is heavily patrolled by Baron Von Jungingen’s personal guard. Kill the baron and report to the Druchii Spy of your success. Return to Raetha Blooddaughter in the Inevitable City when done.
