The Chaos Casket

The Eye of Seheph was brought to Altdorf many years before you were born. It is a relic of ancient Zandri, looted from some tomb no doubt. Though the undead may try to reclaim it, they will be hardpressed to find it, for not even their dead eyes can gaze past our sacred wards. It is strange that you mention this relic at this time. Strange because a caravan of Tilean treasure-hunters claimed to be carrying a crate full of texts about the Eye of Seheph and the Casket of Souls. They were offering to sell it to the highest bidder, and the Temple's bid was significant. We lost to the dwarfs though. Perhaps you can find out more about the contents of that crate if you loosen some tongues in Karaz-a-Karak. Bugman's Brewery is on your way south to the Everpeak, why not stock up on something that will make the dwarfs sing?

Travel to Black Fire Pass and obtain some of Bugman's Bitter Brew from his brewery.
