The chest you speak of has come this way, my scouts saw the Druchii carrying a Nehekharan chest along the path from Miralen to Elbisar. They never went past Elbisar, so the chest must be somewhere over there.
Search the ruins of Elbisar for the Nehekharan Artifact. Return with your findings to Lasira Swiftbow at the Bladewatch warcamp.
