The chests you speak of were brought here by those fools from House Arkaneth. They knew that they lack the numbers, skill, and tact to best House Uthorin in the conquest of Ulthuan, so they turned to magic they could not possibly understand. The fools looted some sacred seals from Nehekhara. Lord Uthorin knew of their deeds and has some idea of their plans, but they are as incompetent as they are weak. The chest they brought to the Blighted Isle was lost to their idiotic hands. They were ambushed by the defenders of this isle, and the chest hidden away in Dreamshade Forest. The harpies have seen it along the southern edge of the forest. Bring its contents to me.

Search the southern Dreamshade Forest for the Nehekharan Artifact. Return with your findings to Verai Frostborne at the Cynathai Span warcamp.
