While you wasted your time finding an empty chest in that forest, my more capable scouts tracked our weak kin as they took the relics deeper south. Clearly they heard your incompetent self coming, no doubt hacking and slashing through the forest, so they took the relics south into Chrace, to Gon'Seraph. The fools have a menhir there, and they no doubt seek to drain the relic of its potency using the stone. Stop them. House Uthorin needs that Seal.

Travel south into Chrace and to the town of Gon'Seraph. Collect any Nehekharan Relics you see, and check the surrounding area for a reliquary that could have been inside the artifact chest. Check it for the Seal Piece.
