Small wonder our idiotic soft-hearted cousins haven't put an arrow through all those Arkaneth skulls. If you want to find them, then all you have to do is follow the road north to Everspring. Hard to miss their reeking camp.
Search the Arkaneth camp near Everspring for the Nehekharan Artifact. Return with your findings to Thasan Windwatcher at the Isha's Fall warcamp.
