Beyond the Sands - Chapter 3

I'm not trying to help you, for I certainly wouldn't want my head beside yours on that row of pikes, but there is some humor at the thought of your head getting piked. All I have to say is that if there ever was anything of value in that chest, it would have long since made its way to Lady Arkaneth's camp in southern Saphery. I hear Lord Uthorin would like to see her dead. Perhaps if you were to do that deed he might forgive you for losing those two Nehekharan Seal pieces... perhaps.

Travel south into Saphery Lady Arkaneth's camp east of the White Tower. Confront House Arkaneth, and complete the House of Cards public quest. Afterwards search the area to collect any Nehekharan Relics you see, and check the surrounding area for a reliquary that could have been inside the artifact chest. Check it for the Seal Piece.
