It seems we have some potential instruments for our machinations. It is my experience that the servants of the Blood God are the most suspicious, but their simplemindedness makes them easy to manipulate once they are pointed towards the slaughter. Seek out this Khorne Chosen that you spoke of, see if we can find a way to earn his favor. A skull or two might help.
Travel to the Lost Narrows and collect a Beastmen’s skull. Then proceed to the Khorne War Caves in the Undercroft and present Khargan Deathaxe with your trophy by targeting him and right clicking on the skull in your quest inventory.
