If you want to fight for a truly glorious cause then you're better off siding with the Witch King and helping him conquer Ulthuan. The Bligthed Isle is where House Uthorin's invasion began, and that is where I'd suggest you find yourself.
Speak with the flight master to travel to the Blighted Isle, a Tier 1 zone in the High Elf vs Dark Elf pairing. Speak with Canra Scarblade when there to see how you can aid the dark elves.
