Buy an Ice Scraper from the Kislevite Hunter and go to a frozen lake to harvest ice. Return with the ice to the Kislevite Hunter's camp and add it to the cauldron. After the ice has been added to the cauldron, use the Snow Leopard Pelt in your inventory to wash it. Speak to the Kislevite Hunter when the pelt is cleaned.
