No, his heart was darkened by Chaos. That being the case, he is of no use to the Witch king. In fact, he may join the daemons in assaulting our forces. Slay him in his lair before he does so.

Travel to Dragonwake and kill Gholnaros the Deathless in his lair. Return to Khyrathi Soulweeper in your capital for your reward. NOTE: Taking this quest will prevent you from taking "Dragons of Dragonwake - Dragon's Bane" or "Dragons of Dragonwake - Awakening Ritual"
