Travel to Nordland and complete the "Norse are Coming!" public quest. Return to Paymaster Vincente van Dough at the Altdorf Docks when done. NOTE: Taking this quest will prevent you from taking "Northern Piracy - Paid in Blood" or "Northern Piracy - Seize the Fort"
