Travel to Norsca and complete the "Suderholm" public quest. Return to Paymaster Klaude Monné at the Inevitable City Feast Hall when done. NOTE: Taking this quest will prevent you from taking "Northern Piracy - Paid in Blood" or "Northern Piracy - Seize the Fort"
