Look, no sane pirate sails within sight of Barak Varr. We know what battles we can win, and that will never be one of them, but don't let me stop you from trying. If you're really going to attempt to raid Barak Varr, then you'll have to breach their outer gate on the landward side. Bar Dawazbak it's called. Far easier than approaching by sea, though still tough as a wintered nut.

Travel to Barak Varr and complete the "Bar Dawazbak" public quest. Return to Paymaster Klaude Monné at the Inevitable City Feast Hall when done. NOTE: Taking this quest will prevent you from taking "Gulf Piracy - Paid in Blood" or "Gulf Piracy - Naval Supremacy"
