Elven Piracy - Secure the Shores

Now I take no pride in saying this, I'm only a paymaster after all and not a captain, but raiding the shores of Ulthuan is possibly the greatest boast a Sartosan can have. For the loot? Jack O'the Seas no! Scrolls of elven poetry and cereamic vases are not particularly valuable to us. It's the feat of eluding the Sea Patrols! If ye can manage that, then you're a true pira... merchant, I meant to say merchant. Those dark elves on the other hand... they attck those shores with more sinister intent. You wouldn't want to come upon the shores of Ulthuan after a Dark Elf corsair ship has left its mark. The things they do are against the Code! If it's justice you're after then I hear Ulthaun cries out for it on this day.

Travel to Chrace and complete the "Elisia" public quest. Then travel to the Shadowlands and complete the "Laurilion Caves" public quest. Return to Paymaster Vincente van Dough at the Altdorf Docks when done. NOTE: Taking this quest will prevent you from taking "Elevn Piracy - Paid in Blood"
