There is no greater feat than to break through the Sea Guard patrols and set foot upon the Isle of Ulthuan. It's not about looting the island, it's about out-navigating the Sea Guard. Now if you're wantin' to loot the island, then that's your own choice. Only city this side of the sea worth your attention is Tor Achare.
Travel to Chrace and complete the "Tor Achare" public quest. Then travel to the Shadowlands and complete the "Jagged Coast" public quest. Return to Paymaster Klaude Monné at the Inevitable City Feast Hall when done. NOTE: Taking this quest will prevent you from taking "Elevn Piracy - Paid in Blood"
