In times such as these we have no choice but to treat Nurgle and his followers as agents of Death. Decay is never far removed from death in my experience, though those who follow the Plague Lord would argue otherwise. The Raven Host marches south through Troll Country and finds itself dealing with plague cultists there. Deal with them.
Travel to Troll Country and complete the Plague Altar public quest. Return to Kadmine Skullshaver at the Monolith in the Inevitable City when done.
