Well, now we’re onto something. Fellow’s diary, though why he abandoned it I can’t say. Seems like something you’d like to keep with you. Maybe something chased him out of his cave… Let that be a lesson to you, don’t sleep in caves. You ain’t a bear, and neither is he, so no point in roleplaying a bear. It will take me some time to find someone who speaks the Gospodar tongue and translate this. In the meantime you can relearn your skills and slay some minions of Destruction.

Hennschel will need time to translate the diary. While he is doing that he asked you to kill forces of Destruction and aid in the war effort. Once you’ve killed enough enemies, return to Hennschel and see if he's discovered anything.
