Unequip any piece of gear with a Talisman slot. Shift + Right Click the gear from your bag to open a slotting window, then move in your Talisman and hit Fuse to increase your stats. Once you slot the talisman, speak to Narstub Da Mangla at the Greenskin Chapter 2 camp to complete the quest.
