Raw meat is delicious! Vechkin here thinks you need Butchering to make potions, but I think it’s nice to taste things as fresh as you can. I’ll teach you – go kill those Carrion Vultures nearby, and you can learn to Butcher, too.
Butchering is a Gathering skill that you can use on most animals to gather ingredients for Potions. Butchering is best paired with the Apothecary crafting skill. Speak to Bagmaul the Glutton and select “Learn Trade Skills” to learn the Butchering skill. Once learned, go kill 5 Carrion Vultures, then right click their corpses to begin leveling your Butchering skill.
