You’re quite certain that you didn’t forget about the Necksnappas, but rather that you weren’t told to talk to them. No point in arguing with the Hand o’ Gork unless you want to get slapped by the Hand o’ Gork. Go to Da Deeps again and talk to Morglum Necksnappa about the Necksnappa tribe paying its tribute to Gork.
