The Skorrun’s must accept taxation if they wish to enter the grounds of Skalf’s Hold as payment to uphold the defense structures, and at the very least as a reconstruction fee. Kazorson on the other hand must fight harder against treasure hunters and quash the growing black market in Karak Azgal before it sets a dangerous precedent. There is much to consider.
