It is not that I take joy in the begging of Teclis, but of all the elgi his head is highest in the clouds. I fear his ego soars even above the peaks of the Everpeak. An elgi has not touched, nay even laid eyes on, the Crystal of Fire since Caledor Dragontamer gave it to Grimnir thousands of years ago. Two great souls, were they here Chaos would shrink away in fear. I will grant this request, not out of any love of Teclis, but because if there is but a small chance that this artefact’s powers may be gleaned by Teclis and he may gain insight into fighting Chaos, then all the better for all of us. Take my written approval to Hoardmaster Krundak informing him that Teclis may be granted access to this one item, and only this item.
