To meet our final foe we also could use the support of the great eagles near the Clarion Tower.

Travel to southern Kadrin Valley and confront the vanguard host outside the gates of Grung Grimaz. Once you have killed their leader venture to the Clarion Tower to coordinate the assistance of the great eagles in the final assault against Grung Grimaz.
