Looking through the pile of trash, you notice a bottle which seems to have a scroll on it. Still legible, the scroll reads: “To Sorceress Eva Myrielh, during a recent raid on an High Elf encampment, we have stumbled across these bands, which seems to hold some kind of magic property. We will send these to you, so you may have a look. If you find something useful with them, you should speak to Akrana.”
Speak to Eva Myrielh in Akrana’s Storm, and ask her about the magic bands.
