A tome laying on the bench catches your attention, with so much going on in the war, someone was reading here and left their tome with a marker on the page they had left on. You open it to the marked page and find a piece of paper with notes on it. The notes speak of powerful rings which are attuned to the wind of Ghyran and the author is trying to tap into this wind to empower the rings.
